However, it got canceled due to some unknown situations that even the producers themselves can't talk about. Now 40 years later, talks of Laffy's Playhouse getting a reboot is raising questions but also getting warnings that the show and the characters themselves are cursed.

The Gardenview Educational Center made quite a lot of money from its grand opening. And with a lot of money, comes a great show that will go down in history. From "Argumentative Woes", to "Past and Future", many episodes were made from a series made by Gardenview's creators themselves, making a wonderful and happy show. The show was made for children's entertainment, while also teaching them valuable lessons, and making them happy. After watching the video for the CatNap recall VHS tape by Mob Entertainment, it made me wonder.. what if "Smiling Critters" was a TV show catered towards children (we're talking toddler to 1st grade ages here)? As the characters seem pretty cheery and wholesome, and if there were to be a child friendly plot, this could be a full fledged kids show. So hop on in, buckle up, and get to reading.
