Bobby Bushay thought he was taking a renovation job.
The pay was suspiciously good, the hotel was ancient, and its manager, Ragnar Blackthorne, had the unsettling habit of acting like he knew Bobby far better than he should. Still, Bobby had renovated worse buildings. At least, he thought he had.
Then the walls started bleeding.
The employees stopped pretending they were human.
And Bobby discovered that The Dominion wasn't simply an old gothic hotel-it was a supernatural crossroads built over something that should have remained sealed.
Demons walk its corridors. Ghosts refuse to check out. Monsters have employment contracts. Lucifer himself owns the place, and somewhere beneath the peeling wallpaper, broken plumbing, and centuries of questionable construction choices lies a gateway connected directly to Hell.
Unfortunately, the hotel isn't the strangest thing Bobby discovers.
Bobby Bushay was born Briar Blackthorne, the half-human, half-demon son of Ragnar. His mother buried the truth of his birth, his name, and the reason Hell once considered him something far more dangerous than an ordinary child.
A Vessel.
A Bridge.
An Heir.
A Key.
As The Dominion's failing seals begin awakening Bobby's buried demonic nature, supernatural factions start closing in, and his very human renovation crew becomes trapped in a world of infernal contracts, ancient grudges, celestial laws, and demons who desperately need someone to explain basic workplace safety.
Now Bobby has one priority: protect his crew.
Even if that means bargaining with Hell, confronting the father he never knew, standing up to Lucifer, and taking control of the very hotel that has been waiting for him to come home.
Welcome to The Dominion.
