It was time to move on. A new season awaited on the rising of the sun. A cadet and his comrade have one last "Hoorah" while on a 13 hour layover in Congo, Ireland.

The mind of a person has endless paths and curves and all of it is thoughts. Thoughts, even a person cannot fathom, let alone comprehend. No methods that even help to release these thoughts. Yet, words indirect and direct can be used to describe what these thoughts cause us to feel With poetry all can be seen. "Thoughts weaved into stories, one that the mind can picture and visualise."

Two men find themselves in a strange situation when they both go to the same roof at the same time for the same purpose, but neither is prepared for how this meeting will change the course of their lives forever. Wrote this two years ago for a state-wide competition. I got an honourable mention.

This is a short story, it's not based off anyone or anything. I was just thinking and began to write. It might be sad? I don't know 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm not that good with writing but hey I tried and now I'm here putting it on this. If anyone does read this, thank you 😊 so yeah that's about it ~D

My bones were not hidden from You when I was made in secret; when I was formed in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw me when I was formless; all my days were written in Your book and planned before a single one of them began Psalm 139:15,16 Intricate detail, breathtaking beauty, complex design. All of these things are often declared an accident. But how can intentional design be the result of random chance? In this story, an infant describes the beauty of life, the process of growth, and the wonder of anticipation from the womb. But most importantly the baby speaks of the Source behind it all; the Creator God, or Breath, as He is named. Also accounted with the baby's journey is the mother's story. She gives you a window into her thoughts, feelings, and pain as she is forced to face reality. This story was not meant to convince you abortion is wrong. It should show you why it is wrong. Listen closely. Behind the voices you hear through this story are the voices of the silenced. Don't miss the One who created them.
