A Final Deal With Death A short story I wrote with the challenge of writing a story based off the cover picture.

Carlyle Smithe. Sapphire Gold's childhood bully. What happens when Sapphire Gold commits suicide? Leaving a note just for him? Well, lets just say Carlyle gets a visit from a man claiming to have the power to bring her back... if hes willing to make a deal. If Sapphire is brought back, Carlyle has to relive an hour of Sapphires past tortures every day. If he can survive them, they both live. If he can't, he dies, and so does she. Will he take the deal? And will he survive?

Death is final, but what if you could change it? Leora is just a normal girl whose brother is in a coma from a terrible car accident. When she discovers she can see death she makes a deal with him. If she can prove that humans matter death will save the life of her brother. But if she fails the consequences are deadly
