Rivals, enemies. When people hear these words they think the two hate each other more than anything. But whether they know it or not. They love each other. Waverly Ramon is a straight A student and amazing athlete. She loves sports and music. . But now she has a secret to protect. Jason Reynolds is an average student but an amazing athlete. He has a secret has to keep too. Waverly wants to be normal. Jason wants to make it by. They can help each other but they have to get past differences first.

This is my first published work and my submission for the Love, Simon Contest. It's my play on a letter with a poetry-like setup. I feel like at one time or another we're all a little bit of everything whether it's rich or poor, popular or antisocial and that's what brings us together. Everyone is like a shattered piece of glass. Different shape, color, and size but when allowed to be unique and offered a place, we come together to be the beautiful mosaic of humanity.

Dear World, I am broken and bitchy. I am a million terrible things. I am a million good things. Why do we judge people by only the bad? My story for those of you who care. Book 2.

A letter to the world...

The world is a vicious place to live in. Pressure, labels, judgement, stereotyping. And, in this world, it's too easy to follow the influence of others and become someone you're not. And, when you do, you may loose yourself. The real you. This is who I really am beneath the lies and smiles and fakeness. This is my message to the world that's trying to change me. And this is my message to the world that decided to listen to what I'm going to say.

This is a fictional short story. I think I'm gonna make a part two where they fall madly in love idk yet. Tell me what you think!
