Delphina Stories

Andie, an exile from her home in the Mountain District only planned on reaching California for safety, somewhere with a warm bed and food waiting for her. She didn't plan on a young girl being dropped in her lap and orphaned right in front of her. Now she needs to get to California to bring Delphina to her uncle in the Capital. Andie begins to notice just how intelligent this small six year old girl really is. But even if she's a child genius, will they make it to California or will they be devoured by the infected first?

The daughter of Bellatrix and two years older than Draco, Delphina lives with the Malfoys while her mother serves time in Azkaban. Although she never really knew her mother, she can be just as cruel. She picks on Draco and knows what makes him tick.

Delphina is a high school student, who's afraid to step out of her comfort zone. However, when she accidentally makes the mistake of talking to her teacher about it, she has to face her insecurities. --- I may continue this story, but it's currently a 500-word short story for the "Looking for Alaska" Writing Contest.

This story is on the universe of Record of Ragnarok, the first chapters will be before the events of the manga (and anime) and as the story advances there will be references to the events on the manga. Delphina is a woman who because of her beauty she becomes the object of Aphrodite's hatred and she condeems her to a loveless marriage with Narcissus, however when a pray comes to Hera things will change, but what also will change her life is the fact that she becomes someone to wake the romantic interest of the god of the seas, Poseidon, the tyrant of the seas falls in love with her however he'll soon understand that she's a fish that's hard to catch.

The way things seem to unfold is an unchanging theme. It is not one of suffering, or one of success, but one of constant evolution. Some live in simpler times, while others live in an era of famine and war. The cycle is unchanging, and unchangeable. You are born, you will live to the best of your ability, and you will die. You may live in an era of self-realization and enlightenment, or in an era filled with blood-thirsty conquistadors aiming to push you ever so forcefully from your only home. You may be born to the oppressed or born to the oppressors. You have no choice in where you are born and where you die, but you have a choice in how you live.
