In a world silenced by a dangerous and deadly creature, two best friends find themselves as the sole inheritors of a desolate planet. Vanessa, impolite and intimidating battles with regret as she realises karma has come back to bite her and Veronica, abused and quiet grapples with the overwhelming loneliness of the isolated city. As they navigate the ruins of civilization, scavenging for necessities and answers to their questions, they must confront not only the physical dangers that lurk in the shadows but also the profound psychological toll of being the last of their kind. Their friendship is tested, their lives are at risk and they are forced to question their meaning of existence and who they really are. A series of five flash fiction stories following a nameless girl as she copes with death, alcohol, anorexia, drugs, prostitution, and various other horrors of society.

Archaeologists uncover a decapitated skeleton with its skull placed neatly between its legs. That night, the ground stirs, the skull shifts, and by morning the grave is empty-only footprints and a new circle in the dirt remain, as if the body had simply walked away.

This is currently all that has been written for my part and hopefully I'll receive a sudden burst of inspiration to finish it sometime soon as it currently stops very abruptly. This story is not porn in itself however it does reference more adult themes and thusly is a PG-13 This takes place in one timeline in the Sentience series. Hence the characters from it.
