A brief walk inside my confused thoughts. . .

Sieve through the words of my bleeding heart , dodge the arrows of my anguish and devour the pages that set my heart on fire. Words written over the years by a child dealing with mental health issues. Now words written by a woman living through her mental health issues. Depression and anxiety can be crushing but l have found poetry to be uplifting . hope my words are words that you can relate to

⏰It's 00:00 the night is fast asleep and anyone who dares speak is silenced but my mind refuses to be silenced, Dear little Blackbird speak less, ink more she tells me. Endless lines of my feelings flood my pages uninterrupted, it feels good to finally lift them out of the blank pages of my mind, and ink them in your hearts. I hope one day to ink words that will lift dead dreams and shattered hearts.
