I had a lot of ideas pop into my head, but it was rather hard to resist Sirius being Sirius as one of the tags indicate, but it involves two of my favorite altenative universe headcanon, Regulus living and Hermione being his daughter. It also involves me enjoying giving her a sibling, or in this case two, because Rowling mentioned she had originally planned on doing so yet she never got around to doing so.
