Ludus is playful or uncommitted love. It can involve activities such as teasing and dancing, or more overt flirting, seducing, and conjugating. The focus is on fun, and sometimes also on conquest, with no strings attached. A short story about the ludus (one of the eight Greek words for love) This is the first thing I've written that I'm really proud of I wrote it at 2 AM when I was sad about Banana Fish and I refuse to edit it at all

This is the product of an assignment I was given in English class: to write a short story Gothic narrative. Normally I wouldn't write stuff as dark as this, but I didn't want to get a zero... anyways I thought it was pretty great so here it is.
