Skipping breakfast is a bad habit more common in children's and older. Some colleges and schools have introduced breakfast programs for those kids who skip breakfast. Adults and children perform better in their workplace when they have healthy breakfast. A person who eats a healthy breakfast is more likely to be a healthy weight and more productive at work. Some healthy breakfast ideas include whole grain breakfast with fresh fruits; toasts with cheese and tomato, oats add sultanas and reduced fat milk, baked beans and fruit juices. Eat foods rich in iron and calcium -- It is important for all to eat foods which contain calcium and iron. Calcium is essential for bone health, especially for infants, women, and girls. Iron carries oxygen around the body and is especially important for women, girls, vegetarians, and athletes to reduce the risk of anemia. Avoid Kilojoules foods -- it's critical factor the total amount of fat in your diet. For reducing the energy density in your diet increase the number of plant foods, like cereals, fruit, whole grains and vegetables that you eat. High energy drinks should also be limited. Healthy eating and physical activity -- It's essential to a good balance between food intake and exercise. If you only focus on the only diet and not focus on your physical activity its effects on your body. Physical activities like walking and exercise play critical role to digest the foods. You already know healthy eating, and physical exercise can have a positive impact on healthy lifestyle.

He is innocent and intellectual By mistake his friend break the relationship when proposes .He want to make his partner of life .He is all in one .He is like a smell of flowers that not know who smelling love with him .He spent his whole life in the memory of his partner .but his girlfriend marry with other boy and decide to life spending with him.
