Gumball is in the hospital in a coma dreaming about a boy he's never met before and their extremely happy life together and Marshall is a nurse interning at the best hospital in the United States. One night Marshall is checking on some boy in intensive care. When he suddenly awakes quite disturbingly. "MARSHALL!!" Bubba screams as he jolts upward. Marshall dropped his clipboard and stared at the stranger shocked that he knew his name. He walked towards the boy wondering if he had heard him right when the young man wrapped his arms around my neck and forcefully pulled Marshall's lips down on his own.

Marshall and Gumball liked each other for quite sometime now and Fionna has a little surprise for them...

A month with out a single word from Gumball not a text, call, or even a letter!! And by this point Marshall is seriously internally freaking out. Then one day he's called up to the office...
