Heartstoppercomic Stories

This Heartstopper fanfiction follows Mr. Ajayi and Mr. Farouk before, during, and after their wedding. Inspired by the Heartstopper webcomic, where we see the two teachers get engaged, this story explores the moments leading up to their big day and the life they build together afterward. Told through alternating POVs, the story dives into their relationship while bringing in plenty of familiar faces from the Heartstopper universe. Expect appearances from Nick, Charlie, Tara, Darcy, Elle, Tao... and unfortunately Ben (ew) and Harry (without Nick and Charlie (book) developments so he's the same as he was in the Heartstopper comics and Netflix show) too. Along the way, Mr. Ajayi and Mr. Farouk build a family of their own, eventually adopting three children together. One of them might already be a character you know... but you'll have to read to find out. Disclaimer: I do not own any of the characters in this story. All characters belong to Alice Oseman (except for Hudson and Alice who you will meet way later on). This fanfiction is not canon and is written purely for fun and to complete my want for this whole thing to happen in the comics.

In a world where humans have spirits shaped like dragons, one boy without one suddenly find themselves falling hard and falling fast. However, whether it's the heat of the flames inside their chests or on their backs is left to be figured out. It's been almost a year since they separated for their own good, but Nick and Charlie can still remember the old days before kids and before all of this life stuff tore them apart and deep down, how much they miss it and won't admit it to each other.

When Nick Nelson starts a fight on the night of the senior formal, he could never imagine the events that would follow, neither what would happen to the life of his life Charlie Spring and the consequences that would come from it.

Charlie's life is a far cry from when he used to live in Herne Bay. He's moved to London, lives in the country style house of his dreams, is in a long term relationship with a dog even and his office is in the sky practically. People would kill for this. He'd trade it all for one more September, however, if he had the choice.

Nathan knows Youssef by now. After a year of dating, he should know where Youssef keeps his keys, where the water level is marked on his tea kettle, that kind of thing. What he doesn't know however is how to stop his boyfriend from hurting every time he sees the news.

Charlie's always wanted to run away and Nick is all too happy to oblige. Only he forgets until the last minute to actually /tell/ Charlie any of that.

"Charlie." Nick sounds so broken on the end of the phone. "Mum called me just now. It's...it's time, Charlie. It's time and I don't know what to do."

The mornings never used to be his favourite. Then they were.

Tao is trying to get along with Nick Nelson. (Really, he is.) Nick is trying to get along with Tao Xu. (It's bloody hard.) It's all for Charlie's benefit anyway, so this isn't about either of them, but when they suddenly get trapped together in the elevator of the hotel they're staying in, it's all too convenient that they start arguing to pass the time.

Elle decides that she can't last the weekend without her favourite sweater and goes back to Higgs late at night to break in and fetch it. Little does she know that Tao had the same idea. (Prompt: Person A and Person B both tried to break into the same place on the same night by accident, only to be chased by the police upon meeting and having to hide in a closet/cupboard/safe together until they can leave.)

It's safe to say out of all the situations Nathan's found himself in, this really has to make the top of the list. If he could stop laughing to acknowledge it and Youssef's quite embarrassed face that is.

Nick never thought he would ever want to fall to his knees and beg someone to practically fuck him, but Xu's best friend that just walked in with his girlfriend is making him feel things he's never felt before looking at any girl. Too bad he seems to be not interested...maybe? He's not sure. Talk about mixed signals.

Charlie doesn't have the faintest idea what had happened between his Mum leaving the house to take Oliver on his school camping trip and Tori staying over at a friend's house before he made the trip from upstairs to downstairs in his funk, but he knows one thing. He does /not/ own the dog just chilling on his couch right now.

Nick fucked up. Like, really well and truly fucked up. He doesn't care that the wildflowers are left abandoned on the doorstep like some carless postie's thrown them in the yard. Flowers are replaceable. Charlie fucking isn't.

Nicholas. Crown Prince of England and France, enough said. Charles. Son of the Prime Minster and England's all-around tabloid fodder. When both sons of Britain's biggest political figures meet, it's not under the most gracious of circumstances. However, unexpectedly, life events change the course of their relationship and somehow, they stay afloat in all of it together. (Yes, it's /That/ Heartstopper and Red, White and Royal Blue crossover no one asked for.)

Charlie's day is going absolutely fucking miserable. Good thing there's a sneaky surprise waiting on the Sixth Form student when he goes to lunch. As long as they don't get caught that is.

When Nick leaves for university after his senior year, Charlie's left behind in Herne Bay for the foreseeable future. However, when Nick videocalls him a couple of months after he's settled in, Charlie's surprised to see a much different person on the other end of the phone, one that doesn't exactly look like the person who left and worries him deeply.
