The Cerulens shroud themselves in darkness and thrive on absorbing other forms of life. Leks is a young Byx who receives some shocking news on the day of his Illumination. Will he be able to rise to the occasion and prove his worth?

The third installation in my an ever-growing collection of original poetry from the mind of a 24-year old pothead. Using alliteration, a mixture of poetic forms, and always paired with a dash of humor, the poems inside address subject such as but not limited to love, loss, lust, drugs, God, fate, and the meaning of life.
