Tina Riley starts off her last year of high school expecting everything to be it's usual self. Then smug smirking student teacher Mr O'Miles gets mixed up in the equation. I have depression, I am not depressed. That may sound like a redundant statement but if you have ever been in the darkest depths of your mind like I have, then surely you will understand. This is a story on mental health and the struggles of wanting help but pushing everyone away. If you are triggered by these topics I do ask that you do not read this book. My goal of this book is to put into words that darkness that so many people suffer through. I hope to make it understandable for people who do not get what happens when your own brain turns on you. Rock bottom became the solid ground upon which I built my life. - I don't know who said this quote but it seriously helped me to set goals to make things better.
