For Douxie, being an immortal wizard had a lot of perks, but also a lot of downsides. One being that he forever looked 16. One day he gets caught by the police and sent to live with a foster family, the Lakes, and gets far more attached to them than he'd planned. But apparently living with the Lakes came with it's own downsides, and his life gets turned into chaos. But it's all worth it for family, right? Basically Douxie gets sent to live with Jim and Barbara, but of course since Jim is the Trollhunter shit just keeps happening and Douxie wants nothing more than to keep his new family safe. In this Jim has been the Trollhunter for a couple months and of course it's very canondivergent because Douxie is now part of the equation. Canon ships only cos It's one of the only shows where the canon ships are actualy really good and cute. Also I know I used the cover art for another one of my fics but I literally cannot find any other art or anything with Jim and Douxie in it so sorry but this is my go to. Sorta inspired by this fic on AO3 called Pros and Cons of Eternal Youth by claycastles, but not a bunch. Enjoy!

Little did she know, the new update was helpful to her in battling the Titans. During the battle, she also conjures a weather element that past wielders have died when conjuring it. Will she be able survive the battle of the Titans? In which Douxie is a protective older brother figure to a very sad, traumatized, and overworked Jim while they both try and stay alive through all of the battles and enemies they must face. But will they're brotherly bond be enough to defeat their enemies? Or will they have to see eachother fail? Set in season two about a week after Jim escapes the darklands. James Lake Junior had many secrets. Harmless ones sometimes, but mostly ones that kill him on the inside. He's sad, he's anxious, he has too much on his plate. So, he and everyone he knows get teleported to a theatre to watch his life, and hopefully ease the burden he's been carrying, and fix the realationships that got ruined. Basically a buncha characters from Trollhunters: Tales Of Arcadia get sent to a room to watch the show, and Jim is not having a good time. Angsty, funny (hopefully), lots of drama. I tried to stay as true to the characters original personalities as possible but they might no be entirely accurate. Jim, Claire, Toby, Blinky and Aaarrgh are all from season 3 just an episode before Jim goes troll, but everyone else is from the beginning of season one. Canon ships only. I'm not a frequent or consistent updater, but I do try so just try to deal with it. Show and characters DO NOT belong to me. Enjoy!
