For the thirtieth year in a row, he enters an international invention contest that piles all of the greatest inventors throughout the world. He's sure he'll win, until it's announced that they'll be working with partners. Placed with energetic and enthusiastic Elvina Hazard, the number one inventor known to Earth, Viktor must learn to work with her to win the contest. And who knows, maybe the two will grow fond of each other?
