This is the story of Malaysian Indians who are a minority with a colourful history filled with triumphs and sorrow. The story is set in Brickfields where Indians lived to build the city of Kuala Lumpur.

Shri, a writer from Malaysia who had always dreamed of visiting Japan and Misao, a Geisha from Kyoto with a kind heart and an interest for Indian movies. A love between two people from two different worlds who meet but are forced to part because of life's circumstances. Shri promises that he would return to Misao one day but will she be there to accept him? A story of romance with a mysterious twist and a hint of superstition and cultural references.
