Basically what the title says: Emma comes home for the for first time after having Lex, only to find her husband and daughter waiting for her at the airport.

Sneak peek: "Damn it, Emma," Matt hisses quietly. "I thought we were done keeping secrets from each other." "I wasn't keeping any secrets from you, Matt." She replies. "You not telling me that you're having nightmares again is keeping secrets from me!" Emma is having nightmares and hasn't told Matt, and Matt isn't happy when he finds out about them.
