After work one day Mai gets a call from a friend from middle school and was asked to come back to her home town because the class 3-3 calamity has started again. She takes a few weeks off of work and goes to help this friend but on the same day Mai leaves Naru gets a call from the principal of Yomiyama North Middle School for help. What happens when the SPR gang finds out Mai's biggest secret.

Minato goes to school with Mei when she ends up moving away. They become great friends. They soon become closer. Soon after getting married they have a son. After their son's birth they move to Yomiyama, Mei's home town. What happens when the calamity happens the year their son is in 9th grade? In Class 3-3.

The date is 28 December 2004: A mysterious figure has been haunting a university in Tokyo for the past 19 years, and no one knows who's the ghost of this mysterious figure. Meanwhile, Langa Ichimura is hit with a surprise notice that he will have to move to Japan from Ottawa, Canada. That means 2 things for Langa: Adjusting to life at a new university, and leaving the place he called "home" for 19 years. Once he arrived in Japan, he didn't understand anything that was going on in the Japanese life, let alone being half Japanese himself. When he gets settled into his university dorm, his roommate is none other than Mei Misaki, a girl who suffers from the same thing as Langa: Heterochromia. Despite their similarites, both share one goal in mind: Finding out who is the mysterious figure in this haunted university that Langa arrived at. As the two are working together on the mission to find the mysterious figure, or rather, ghost behind this, they'll come across stuff that'll make them wonder the speciality of their mission.

In the town of Yomiyama, Japan, in 1972 there was a popular student named Misaki. When Miksaki died halfway through the year, the class was devastated, and out of grief, they continued on as though Miksaki was still alive. Then in the graduation photo, Misaki appeared. Ever since 1972, one dead person who doesn't know they are dead has shown up in Class 3-3. In order to make up for this, they pretend a person doesn't exist. It is now the year 2000. A new school year is in session. Yuri Umeki is in the dreaded Class 3-3. All that he can hope is that he will make it through the year.

Mei Misaki is a lonely girl who wants to understand where she stands from now and where she really belongs in life. Then, unexpectedly, Mei's mother, known as Kirika, has recently been offered a job in London by its most famous toy company, Funtom Company owned by the aristocratic family, the Phantomhive. So now, they move out of the small country town of Japan and into the cold, rainy streets of London, England. However, with her mother and grandmother practically living in their new shop, Mei has no choice but to LIVE within the Phantomhive household. In class 3-3 during the year 1972, there was a student named Misaki Yomiyama. He was a charming student with good looks, and he excelled in both academics and sports. All the teachers and students alike admired him. Halfway through the school year, he died in a house fire that took the lives of his whole family. Unable to accept his death, some of his classmates decided to continue acting as if he was still alive (talking with his desk, pretending to go home with him, etc). This behavior caught on, and at graduation, the principal even arranged to have Misaki's seat included in the ceremony. After graduation, when the class photo was taken, they found that Misaki was included, with a pale face but smiling like everyone else. Over time, the oral history of 1972 became garbled, and people could no longer remember how he died or even whether he was a boy or a girl. following these events, the class grew closer to death itself. A Sorceror named Satoru Yotsuba from Osaka, Tokyo came to Yomiyama North Middle School as a transfer student since his previous school was demolished by the Goverment due to it taking up too much space for other buildings. Satoru was placed in Class 3-3, where the Calamity was set. Will Satoru survive the Calamity? Or will he put an end to it permanently?
