A teenage girl who is suffering from a mental illness called DID or Dissociative identity disorder. And is trying to get threw Her exams. I'm not an expert on this disorder, so if I make a mistake please correct me and if you suffer from it yourself please help me to understand better. All the information I put in this story I've gotten from the internet so it's might not be accurate and I'm sorry if it's not. Hi. I'm Zena. Or Max. Or Zed. Or Katie. Or Emma. Yeah. I'm many people trapped within the same body. No, it is not something supernatural, although sometimes I ask myself if it is. It is a sickness. A disorder. Some kind of mental turmoil . The name of this "beast" is "Dissociative Identity Disorder" or "DID" as Max likes to call it. I am the host, Zena, and throughout this story, I am 16. But sometimes I can be 5.Or 10. Or one of the other "characters'" age. This is my diary. I hope that someone will keep it after I am gone. And I hope that it will take some time until I dissapear. Anyway, here is the story of my multiple faced life.

Amber suffers from generalized anxiety, even though she doesn't like to admit it. Her days are full of anxiety and analyzing everything around her. Amber has never really worried too much about her own appearance though, and chooses to ignore vanity altogether. Until her anxiety takes a turn in a new direction, another kind of perfection.

All of her life, Hayln Shepard had felt she didn't belong; whether she was the odd one out in dodge ball, or seeing her successful older brother and sister get all the attention from her parents. It wasn't until she was a junior in high school that she learned she had a disorder that would not only alter the way she lived, it would follow her throughout her entire life. To try and find somewhat of a cure, Hayln's mother and father applied her for a special institution where people with these less than ordinary disorders. Now, Hayln is stuck in a small town in the middle of nowhere over 1,000 miles from her home, trying to cope with this new illness. When she arrived, everything seemed hopeless, until she met the boy with cherry red hair in the room next to her's. What will happen between Hayln and this mystery boy with the weird hair?
