Megatron and Optimus have Discovered a New Island with a Mysterious Energy Source. Megatron Sends the Stunticons to the island with Jetpacks, while Optimus Sends the Aerialbots to Investigate the Island. The Two Of they Begin to Clash and Battle eachother, until a Mysterious Portal Sucks them in and Takes them to the Island, Now Silverbolt and Motormaster must Join Forces and Find the Other Aerialbots and Stunticons while Facing Many Challenges along the way.

Something is happening faraway in a region of space called the Xorthian Sector. Cybertronians are being targeted and disappearing. An unusually high number of Autobots are being found dead in what are being called "bizarre accidents". Stranger still, far too many of those same Autobots are undercover intelligence operatives for any sort of this to be a coincidence Due to a treaty, Autobots are prohibited from entering this dangerous region. Adding to the threat, highly volatile spacial rifts make traveling the sector even more treacherous. A familiar bot from Beachcomber's past is one of the Cybertronians trapped somewhere within the Xorthian Sector. Beachcomber and a ragtag gathering of other Autobots have chosen to renounce their allegiance and travel to the Xorthian Sector to save every Cybertronian they can, but the team will soon face treachery and will become cut off from help. Beachcomber and his group struggle to survive and complete their mission before they themselves are added to the growing list of casualties. A rescue mission becomes a struggle for survival as Beachcomber and his comrades have to combat a mysterious enemy's Dark Machinations.

Now Starscream wages a vengeful one-man war between the Autobots and Decepticons. His plan involves the Eradicons, a new sub faction of Decepticons and the most powerful combiner team to date. Led by the obsessive Motormaster, who has only one goal in life: To kill Optimus to prove he is the king of the road. Now Earth is a complete war zone as it becomes a four-way struggle for control between the Autobots and the humans, Decepticons, Insecticons, and Starscream. As we draw near to the end of phase 1 with an ending that we all know and fear, can the Autobots win the most important battle of their lives? Or will Starscream finally have his dreams of destroying Optimus and Megatron realized?
