*An old fic of mine that I thought I'd tidy up abit and post on here, currently rewriting so first part has come down but will be republished soon* Rae's been talking to someone on the internet every night for the best part of a year. Someone she feels comfortable to talk completely honestly with. So when they say they're going away for a few weeks, Rae's down, she's gonna miss them. Who would she argue about Oasis with? Little does she know that Archie's friend Finn who's coming to visit isn't the stranger he seems to be..........

(inspired by my mad fat diary) melanie wasn't accepted in the society that she was in just because of her weight. she struggled with being overweight her whole life and depression ate her alive. after being let out of the mental hospital she was sent to, she meets her long-time best friend who now has three other friends with her. one of them is harry, that sexy boy that seems very distant from everyone else and the one that catches melanie's eye.

I'm Rae's long time friend. She introduced me to her old friends. Things became different. I met some new people, and they were all nice. Finn was something else. But I don't know if Rae is the same as she was when it was just us. It scares me. I really need her, and I need someone to tell me if I'm just the puzzle piece that can't properly fit in this group. That's why I wrote a diary, so that someone would read it and decide for themselves.

Finn just can't get any rest.
