Eu não sei em que momento minha consciência me traiu, já que sinto como se tivesse dormido desde o momento em que nasci. E já que estou assumindo minha personalidade problemática irei me apresentar, sou Sakura Haruno, uma garota normal, com uma vida normal, tão normal que não me sinto eu mesma, já que no meu peito, que bate forte nesse momento, eu sinto que deveria marcar o mundo de uma forma nunca vista. Mesmo que para minha maior frustação, eu tenha plena consciência de que sou normal demais para isso, mesmo assim não me impresso de sentir.

In a village called Konoha, two small boys ran around chasing each other, pretending they were ninjas. "I'm going to get you!" said one of the boys as he chased the other. This boy had spiky black hair and deep grey eyes, he wore a dark blue t-shirt, tan shorts and standard ninja sandals. he had big smile on his face as he played. The other one laughed and looked back as he ran from the other. He had wild blond hair that stuck out every which way and bright blue eyes, he worse an orange shirt with a yellow swirl, white shorts and standard ninja sandals. Unknown to the two boys, a ninja with a silver dragon by their side watched over them as they slept, making sure that both of them were safe. The dragon nudged its tamer, wanting to go into the orphanage. The ninja reached up and stroked the side of its head. "Not yet, the time will come for them to know who we are to them." Said the ninja. Half of their face was covered by a mask, their hair was a stormy grey, and their eyes were a electric blue. The two stood on a roof top near the orphanage, watching as the two boys slept, keeping watch over them.
