Maya doesn't have friends. She prefers it that way. She's bad with people, and people are bad with her, so it works. But when she accidentally ends up learning bass guitar from Zoey, a girl who talks just as little as she does, something starts to change. Not in a dramatic, life changing way. Just... enough to be noticeable. Which is probably a problem.

Our main heroes have to fight against the harshness and sometimes the absurdity of our world.
