Ezra has a mental disorder and a heart disease that requires him to take pills and wear a pacemaker. He hides this from the Ghost crew. However over time hiding it gets harder and has some deadly consequences. On multiple occasions he has a close call. Maybe too close. This story has two alternator plots after the first two chapters.
