What if the Islands of the Philippines were freed from Spanish control 300 years earlier. But instead of a native and tribal feudal society, the Islands altered its way of life and became almost like a European feudal society engrossed in the similar economic, philosophical, cultural and militaristic way of life, throwing away to extinction its native heritage. Will the states of this alternative philippine archipelago become united against its external problems or destroy itself from infighting and political drama?

This is about writing, as I think of it. Subjects covered will range from plot aspects to characterization, writing craft to just surviving as a writer. Mainly, Part 1 is a comprehensive list of things to do in order to create and maintain tension.
