Victoria Evans is an Irish girl with an attitude. She is 17 with pitch black hair, fair skin and emerald green eyes. When Victoria was forced to move to England she had one hell of an adventure. Zach Waters is an English boy who loves anything to do with trouble. He is 17 with brown hair and ocean blue eyes and dimples. He is also the mayors son.
