Due to the decrease in magical blood, the ministry orders a marriage law to bring the population up again. When Hermione sees this letter, she is shocked and distraught. Olivia and her friends are just a gaggle of messed up teens, whose families are each other. They know what is going to happen, but they aren't prepared. Not in the least bit. Olivia has to watch as her friends are marked a safe green, or labeled red for assasination. But she can't tell them about the purple that is branded onto the skin on her wrist. She can barely believe it herself. Purple is the killer's mark. She is branded a killer. A murderer of her own friends. There has to be a way to avoid this. All she has to do is find it. But she can't even think straight, so how is she supposed to fix it all on her own? *I got the borderline idea for this story from the red and green dot trend thingy on tik tok. The law that wouldn't permit my existence. The law that would rip me from my home. The law that would make me, and several others 'test' to keep our lives.
