After a week of silence, a crime alert sounds through the tower. A mysterious villain robs a wear house on the outskirts of Jumpcity. The titans investigate of course, finding a villain with very vague ties to Slade. Who is this villain? And what do they want with the boy wonder?

But just a little while after his return, a mysterious cold blows over San Francisco, that causes it to even snow inside.
