A birthday isn't always a celebration. Sometimes it's just proof that you survived another year. If your birthday doesn't feel special anymore, you'll understand this piece.

Everyone connects and relates to poems / stories, or any sort of literature in their own way. That is what makes us unique. But it's what we do with these words, feelings, and thoughts that makes reading and feeling your emotions so important.. Life is complicated. There are many ups and downs, heartbreaks, sadness, happiness, worries, anxiousness, excitement, and everything you could possibily imagine. But late at night, is that when it hits you the most? I wanted to begin writing poetry of personal experiences that I have lived through, and even live with. Dealing with situatuions and emotions are hard, but relaxing and letting yourself feel doesn't hurt. I am glad that you are here, and I want you to always remember that you are NEVER alone. So, with all of that being said, I hope these poems relate to you and help you in its own way. It was so much fun being able to write and share them with you. Enjoy!

Blooming Through The Ache is for those who learned to grow in silence, in pressure and pain that no one ever noticed. These poems don't promise healing they sit with the heaviness, the breaking, and the quiet strength it takes to keep going. Because sometimes, you don't bloom despite the ache... you bloom because of it.
