Uruha gets an "emergency" call for a family meeting and brings back someone into his and Reita's little family. How will it go? A bunch of awkward moments and much help from certain "friends" who become doting uncles.

On the previous night of his arranged marriage the young Akira accidentally takes the mysterious Corpse Groom as his husband and he is taken to the Land of the Dead. His real groom, Kouyou, remains inconsolable in the Land of the Living.

When Kouyou visits his mother's grave a year after her passing, he unexpectedly meets the man who once was both his best friend and the love of his life - Akira. Their reunion sparks a decision: they need to talk. As they delve into their shared - and apart - past, they confront all the good moments they did not share, the hardships they had to face alone. Would the thin, fragile thread that still connects them be enough to make them reevaluate the present, and perhaps consider weaving a future from such a scarred past?
