A child is born, its cheeks are rosy, its hair is black, god looks down upon it with shame the moment the baby's false birth is announced. This was not a human but an unholy changeling. This is a story based off of my delusions and unstable sense of self. Non-psychotics/neurotypicals may read but refrain from commenting, I am not writing this for you.

~Short hand notes~ Patient education update by Alantis P. (Host) These are patient education updates on my trauma profile, I've either now learned or now have a deeper understanding of - in terms of my personal profile. Perhaps what I've learned will help folks struggling in the same way or similar. Either way, I feel good writing this. This will also help me isolate issues for myself and in therapy, and resolve them. I recently wrote my Trauma Narrative and took some time off writing entries but this is different. When I was triggered I took this opportunity to further understand myself to help myself. A constructive and productive skill I work on everyday, as my impulses are the opposite I feel like. I may or may not post this as an entry anyway.
