Fixed the formatting on chapter zero a story of a young man who meets an unfortunate fate when walking through forest, however there might be a good light to this strange situation afterall. This story will contain cursing, self harm and mentions suicide. Its also written in a style that I don't know the name of and is mentioned to be more... visual. If there are messed up parts it's probably from the creature speaking because of the way the text got transfered from my Google doc where it was sitting. I think I got them all though.

Jack Halten is just boy who dropped out of college to travel the world and photograph his findings of paranormal activity and supernatural creatures. He wasn't expecting to find love but that was before he met Tariq. Tariq Twistedheart is a Shadow Person who got partnered with the abusive Abdiel. Abdiel is his demon and doesn't let him go outside for midnight flights. Without his midnight flights, Tariq has grown weak and frail. After he finally convinces Abdiel to let him out, he meets Jack Halten.

With the progression of human society and the emergence of an ever-growing number of metahumans, there is unrest building in the vampire world; the struggle to remain hidden and striking from the shadows when they need to feed is becoming an increasing hassle, which they do not fancy. The two factions of the vampire society see different prospects as solutions. The Drucules, who already loathe the human race, wish to launch a preemptive strike on the human race in an effort to reduce its population. The Alucadians, more tolerant of humans, wish to emerge from the shadows with knowledge that could steer humanity into a lulling peace that would allow vampires alternatives to violence to obtain sustenance. Despite this, there is infighting within the vampire society that would see a civil war come about, infighting that seems to be fueled by a saboteur if anyone would care to observe events for more than two seconds. In the middle are Shade & Plasmasonic; their relationship could be on the line if the mystery behind this chaos is not uncovered. *Shade & Plasmasonic are illustrated by MarloMora.
