"Maybe destiny and fate aren't bullshit after all." Shane is going through a rough patch. His mom is in the hospital, his dog just died, and he's been single and lonely for about a year. His life is basically just a bad old country song. One day, when he realizes that he has finished all of the bottles of alcohol in the house, he goes to a local bar to drink and numb the pain. He drinks so much that night, that he can't remember anything that happened. The next morning, he wakes up, completely hung over. And with a man in his bed. The man tells him of a bet that he made the night before. A bet that could change his life.
