He stood in the doorway. He always used his authority to get what he wanted and right now, what he wanted was me. "Come here Isle." My eyes never left the book I was reading. If I was going to survive I was going to learn how to ignore his tactics. "I'm not going to tell you twice. Come here Now!! My hands trembled in fear as I left my book, my only source of joy, to walk into the arms of the devil.

"You are my sunshine, my only sunshine" It's not an everyday experience to meet a Mafia King, heck one might be sitting in a waiting room, scheduling a meeting with you to become his lawyer. It's the small, itty bitty things in life, that can turn it around 180°. Like your mother dying when you were eleven, earning your bachelor's during your senior year of high school, or even falling in love with the most handsome man you've met. Sometimes, not everyone gets a happy ending though.

Disgusted by her father's reign, a goddess joins forces with her sisters to take over the throne. They go against tradition, and fight for what they think is right. But are they right to do so?
