Based off songs from Reel Big Fish, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, and other 3rd wave ska bands, this rock musical tells the classic story of love, friendship, and evil record companies, with a few twists. When aspiring musician Austin and his band get the chance of a life time, what will he be willing to lose in order to become rich, famous, and out of the fast food industry for life? I will post the links to the songs when they are presented. Also, please use your imagination when reading for blocking, props, costumes, and exc. I will use many descriptions throughout the play. DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of these songs. The story is mine, but the songs are completely owned by their proper owners/record labels. If this does become super popular, hopefully I can get the rights and publish this play, but as of now, this is purely intended for entertainment.

1979. Coventry, Britain. Frankie Duncan, a young vampire, makes a strange friend just moved to the U.K. from New York. Unknowingly, both of them stumble into an international plot to control the structure of space-time itself, woven together with an oddly-named portable discotheque and a truly awful independent ska band. The city is looking like a ghost town, the streets empty, no one else rising up to the challenge. In a gray haze of brutality, discrimination, and restriction, it looks like Frankie and their new friends will have to riot to secure any justice in this cruel world. It's up to them, whether they like it or not. Will Frankie and the gang stand up for themselves, or will they join the crowd and succumb to the same violence that masks the British atmosphere? Find out in the haunting reflection of Street Feeling.

The first record played on the first week's show of the first reggae music programme on British radio was a single by Alton Ellis, a magnificent singer/songwriter too often overlooked when reggae legends are named. I immediately fell in love with his soulful voice, his perfect pitch and his beautifully clear enunciation, rushing out to buy 'La La Means I Love You' [Nu Beat NB014], unaware it was recorded two years earlier. Like many of Ellis' recordings, this was a cover version of an American soul hit (despite the label's songwriter credit), though Ellis distinguished himself from contemporaries by also writing his own 'message' songs with striking lyrics and memorable hooks. My next single purchases were noteworthy Ellis originals:
