Coming with the challenge, Izuku agrees to the match to have one fight with the so-called Number One Hero in America and the Strongest Quirk, New Order.

This is basically like a marvel "What If". What if deku had the hero 'Star and Stripes' quirk, New Order?

Izuku is quirkless but who cares? He'll become a hero without one and nobody will stop him!
