With the galaxy as wide spread as it is there are several different species living in the massive void that is Space. From Qurians, To Elcor, to Asari, Turians, Salariens, and Humans to name a few. It hasn't always been peaceful as it is now with each species believing they are the only one alive first contact is almost always a war. Consider the First Contact War between the Human's and Turians for example. Now its more or less peaceful with friendships and even relationships spreading across species. However space is still quite huge with species living yet undiscovered. Alashi Uraoc is an Elvan a race of humanoid beings very close to the fantasy race of Elves seen in very old Vids and games on Earth. An advanced race with massive ships and a military that would give the Human Alliance a run for their money. They have never been seen at all. Except of course by other Elvan. Until one day....

Far in the deep recesses of the remotest space, a mission is charted to secure No Objection Certificates from the governments of some of the most powerful countries on Earth for the sake of a mundane--for them--millennia-long limitless power generation network system. Hundreds of inhabited planets across multiple star systems have come together for this... and have sent a delegation of ambassadors to Earth. So what did Earth do when they came calling?
