[PART OF A MULTI-STORY SERIES] The Guardian and Ghost are tasked with tracking down and eliminating Oryx, The Taken King. He's arrived in Sol looking for revenge-looking for HER after she killed his son. Unfortunately the Hive God has already struck, and decimated the Awoken fleet along with their Queen, Mara Sov. Seeking revenge, The Guardian teams up with Cayde-6, the Hunter Vanguard and together they find a way to get aboard Oryx's ship to stop him once and for all. Along the way though, Cayde catches glimpses into WHO the Guardian truly is behind that stone cold mask she always wears... And makes a vow to himself.

A journey of 1000 steps begins with one child. The forged fury of the sun. The legendary Titan carried from his father. The legend begins now...

Oryx(male reader) is taking a pluge down into Saturn after his defeat from a group of well know guardians when a portal opens and sucks him in. He is in a mysterious land with Taken like creatures attacking a village filled with humans and sparks of the travelers light lure him towards the village.

It's been 9 years since he had defeated Aetheon- nearly 50 since Twilight Gap, and 100 since he was first resurrected. Talos, by then, known to most as the Hammer, was relieved of duty a year before, now working in the Tower Hangar, helping out Holiday. But then he gets an odd frequency on his radio- a transmission, from a friend, Another Guardian. This person however had died several years before, after his little fight with the Taken King. Being the Titan he was, he immediately donned his armor, and reinstated himself as Lead Sunbreaker of the Titan Order. ---------------------------------------------------------- This is a short story, not a full story.

The last thing Red remembers is dying, then he's awake and running away from Fallen and finds himself at the Tower where he's assigned to a patrolling team that gets why in over their heads and falls into a much bigger situation.

A few weeks after Natlan beat the Abyss, strange portals suddenly appeared all over Teyvat that leads to the Destiny universe. Coming out from those portals' old enemies of the Last City terrorize the people of Teyvat. These factions of enemies were nothing like they've ever faced.

The Darkness has a name: Oryx, the Taken King. He is hell-bent on vengeance and is raising an army of corrupted Taken forces to--blah, blah, blah, you know the story. Here's what you don't know: Priest, Moriah, and Tour--accidentally the Tower's greatest Fireteam are about to beat Oryx on his turf--if they don't kill each other first. *This is a work of fan fiction honoring the best Destiny DLC: The Taken King. These are Bungie's story, characters, and dialogue, but with a hard creative spin from yours truly.*

IMPORTANT: Destiny is a first person shooter game developed by bungie, I DO NOT OWN any of the places nor classes or any missions and names that come from the game. The characters names are made up but the rest belongs to Bungie.

I'm so sorry for making this so late! It got requested and I haven't been able to get it out soon enough! It was hard to make a story line for these two characters but I think I've done it! I do not own The Taken King, or its characters! Enjoy my fellow Aces!

Four drunken friends take on the formidable crucible. What could possibly go wrong? A lot. Warning: Cussing. (Side warning- this is my first attempt at a short story. And, at the end, yes they have families. While some Ghosts found their guardians in junk yards, some found them with a life. If that makes sense..)

This story describes the daily struggle of the taken king, who has to put up with various amounts of shit on a daily basis, whether it be from his kids, his friends,his dog, or even the guardians.
