This book is a collection of pieces which I wish I had the strength and confidence to say, or thoughts that constantly go through my mind at night. You might resonate with some of the pages and others might be hard hitting but all of it helps release the thoughts and emotions that are being held back. Some may not even relate to you at all. This isn't something I expect loads of people to read but I do hope whoever does read it finds some closure , helps people deal with their emotions or just even makes you know you're not alone feeling these things 🤍
