Cruentus Umbra (Latin for 'Bloodstained Shadow') was taken in by the King of Demons at the young age of three years. She had been abandoned just prior to meeting 'Vaermina', the Ruler of Oblivion AKA The Demon King. You see, she had a unique ability to communicate with the creatures of oblivion and befriending them, even helping them in their times of need. The beast quickly found himself attached to the 'small human pup' and raised her as his own, even putting his realm in her mind so that he could rule at the same time as he cared for Cruentus. On a destined night of a lunar eclipse, a certain silverette found the ten year old wandering through the forest surrounding the land of fire, seemingly alone.
