It was always her.
It could never not be her.

She was the dreams of many.
The dreams of many far and wide.

And whoever she wanted she got.
Whoever she didn't want, they still wanted her.
But would never be with her.

And so many were infatuated by her.
And so many begged, thrived for all her love.
She rarely, if ever, gave it.

Because so many failed to see the truth.
Even she failed to see her own truth.
After feeding herself so many lies,
for so so long.

And just when she thinks she'll never be able to remember the truth.
Then it comes and bites her from behind.
And, of course, she remembers.

And now everyone, for forever and always, will have to feel the repercussions of her truth.
