Snowed Out

11 year old Elissa goes on a not-so exciting winter trip with her mother's new boyfriend, her new stepbrother, and her new annoying 6 year old sister. She doesn't like her stepdad, but absolutely hates her stepbrother, James. The little girl wouldn't be bad if she would shut up once in a while. She thinks this trip is going to be dreadful just because of the new "people" as she calls them, but there is something far worse than this that will ruin her annual ride. She will have to learn to get along with everyone and will learn some pretty interesting things along her journey. Will she become close to her new family, or will she push them away like before?
