A fateful accident renders Tom in a manic depression, causing him to separate himself from his friends in his apartment room. After not hearing another voice for months or even seeing the light of day, a voice starts talking to him. A soothing Norwegian voice he knows he's heard before, however from where he wouldn't know. The only Norwegian he's known died in that accident.
