"I don't want to be the one Who breaks down at the cost of something very little. Or rather, what seems like something very little to others, But means a breaking point to me." A series of poems, haiku's, tanka's, readings, stories, and monologues from me in collaboration with writers such as yourselves. I tend to get a little random though, having bits and pieces of a single poem, sprinkled through here and there. So you may need to have a keen eye on things. ; ) This book is for the troubled. Just a solemn reminder that whatever you're feeling right now, whatever pain that you're dealing with and or are going through, Someone else had went through it too and survived the same hellhole you call life. you're not alone. Even if you feel like you do, You're not. Remember that. *** With it's dedication to all the authors out there. Don't be afraid to lend your voice and write the world away, *** Disclaimer: there is some depressing topics that this book will tackle. If that sort of thing makes you uncomfortable or triggers a bad memory, I suggest you read something else instead. ... Preferably something happier. ~ ©1997™ ****@OverBeforeTheFall**** Oh, and another short disclaimer : the cover photo used was made by the most amazing and most talented @dreaming_star_ aka Rachel w. So if you haven't checked her out yet, be sure to! She writes such heartfelt poems in her book, "saving my mind" ((which was featured btw)) And makes the best, literally the BEST covers out there. And she's suuuuperr nice. So what are you waiting for? go and give her a visit!! ヾ(≧▽≦*)o (( but you didn't hear that from me.. ;) ))

There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. I am putting this out for the whole world to see because I hope everyone will learn from my experience. People can see. We have no excuses to continue living our lives in ignorance. ...WARNING...
