In a world where 80 percent of the population has some sort of superpower called a "quirk", Chris was unlucky enough to be born quirkless. Despite this setback, Chris always loved heroes and longed to be one someday. So when she finds out that she has the opportunity to go to Japan and try to enroll in the school, she realises that she might have a chance at becoming a hero after all. Even without a quirk.
