She was found unconscious in the woods by the police. Luke says she has horrible nightmares about a man without a face. Adam and Vanessa quickly go to the hospital to be by her side. Three days later, Emily is allowed to return home. But she's not the same again. She has still nightmares and she see things that nobody else see. Adam and Luke are very worried about her. When Emily is accused of stabbing her classmate, they know they have to help her.

Adam tells him that he has nowhere to go. Eric lets him stay and he helps him get used to his legs. But every step he takes, feels like walking on knives. Adam is fascinated of the human world. But he miss the sea and his home. He tries everything, but he can't get his tail back. He goes to the beach and a woman approach him. She tells him that he has to kill Eric to get his tail back. But if he kisses him before the last sunset, he will remain human. Adam faces a difficult decision. He has never loved anyone, he doesn't even know what love is. It was always seeming so mysterious, what lies beneath, what is under. Being a lover of the sea, my family has owned a villa near the beach and I found my self visiting quiet often.
