Storm

Robin Storm lives in a society in the year 2038 that is closed off from the rest of the world. Everyone has a power and when a child turns 11 the go to a school to learn the basics (Math, Science, etc.) but also how to deal with there power.
Robin's mother died a year earlier. Since then, her power has gone a little out of control. Whenever she is scared, mad, or sad, uncontrollable lightning surrounds her and strikes randomly. Robin is now 11 and it is more important then every that she learns how to control her powers. Robin does well on the entrance exam and gets in. She meets friends along the way and through the year learns how to control herself and reach out to others for help.
