WHY MEDIA MATTERS TO THE LGBT+ COMMUNITY?
Noon paman naging powerful tool ng mga tao ang any Mass Media platfrom. From running candidates sa election, people seeking help for someone who's in need, to address social issue and of course to express the opinions and feelings of the people. Pero for the LGBT+ community it is a tool for them as minorities to spread awareness that their community is not toxic it's not bad. The problem kasi in media world is puro nalang nega side ang pinapakita at puro pure judgement sa mga LGBT+ people. I mean walang fair judgment sakanila kasi ang tingin sakanila is something na nakakatawa or nakakadiri. Realty sake ganun talaga kaya nga sa mga young LGBT+ people or yung mga takot pa mag out sa parents, family or sa society nahihirapan kasi sa mga negative images and portrayal na pinapapakita sa media.Todos os Direitos Reservados

Five of these lovely characters share their own little tales of how love changes them first go, or their first time in forever! Their perspectives on love as it takes effect either get sensual, dramatic, or to the extent of a slow burn, as they also deal with life's obstacles along the way and share a part in each other's stories. There are ups and downs as their own stories go along, and it all gets more suspenseful towards the end where problems unfortunately arise. Will things get better or worse from here for these lovestruck lesbians as the story goes on? [Content/Trigger Warnings- the main warnings are scenes of sexual activity, and suicidal talk/attempt, along with mentions of said attempt. Everything else is listed inside the book! Recently freed members of a cult search for their missing members. Everything is not as it seems in Winfell, where six children disappeared under mysterious circumstances, only for four them to be found ten years later telling strange stories of monsters and the Underworld, with no explanation for where they've been. Or what happened to two of them. Suffice to say nothing is fine. *** Reasons to read the Olympus Drive Series 1. LGBTQ rep throughout 2. Happy endgame gays/lesbians and polyamory as well asexuality and grey aces 3. Lots of references to Greek/Roman Mythology 4. Trans, genderfluid, and non-binary characters with arcs that don't revolve around their sexuality 5. Plenty of happy/positive relationships 6. But your favorite ship WILL be a 10,000 year old space alien and an undead detective 7. All dark/heavy topics are addressed or resolved in a positive manner 8. Postive female friendships and romantic relationships, without cheating 9. Essentially any relationship structure or sexuality you can think of comes up at one point or another 10. The queen of the dead gets a sword forged from blood Trigger Warning: Some violence and creature violence. Mild peril. Fantasy violence throughout. Extensive injuries shown. Brief fantasy violence (a character is shot point blank but we know the character cannot be injured, that type of thing). Peril to child characters throughout, though it is fantasy peril. Content Warning: Profanity throughout. Sex/sexuality discussed at length, at an R rated level though little is shown. Oh and...in case the tags didn't give it away there's heavy references to Greek mythology, therefore only like one character is actually straight.

In this society, everyone has a soulmate. And the way to find yours is just look. Along with a soulmate, everyone has a small tattoo on their cheek with a symbol. Some could be a star, a flower, a yinyang, a fish, or even waves. There are so many people that the symbols are almost limitless. The tattoos don't care about gender or number. There could be gay matches, and there could even be polyamorous matches. The tattoos will tingle when you are near to your sm. And they will glow if you have found only one of your sm's if your match was poly. The trick is, you don't get the tattoo until you are 16. And even if you are near your match, as long as one of you are not of age, your tattoo will not tingle. Also, they are normal tattoos (except you don't get it or choose it, it just appears) so you can get rid of it. But if you do, your sm won't die but they will get very sick. The main characters of this story, Violet West (18) and Harper Black (20), both have a flame tattoo on their cheek. They live in the same state but for 4 years Harper paniced because she couldn't find her match. She wasn't sure if it was because her sm wasn't of age yet or if her sm lived far away. For 2 years Violet also paniced but she knew that some people don't find their sm for 5-10 years after they come of age, so she wasn't as scared as Harper.
